PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
ACTION TO TAKE
“On” switch not been push
Push the “On” switch
Battery voltage less than 10V
Connect the utility power to the ups and test
after 8hours.
UPS not on &
LED not light
PCB failure
Replace the PCB, call for service
AC FUSE or Circuit breaker open
Replace the AC fuse in the inlet, or re-push
the circuit breaker.
UPS always at
battery mode
Line voltage too high, too low or black
out
Normal condition
Battery not fully charged
Recharge the UPS at least 8 hours
Battery too old
Replace Battery, call for service
Back up time too
short
PCB failure
Replace PCB, call for service
Buzzer continuous
beeping
Overload
Remove the non-critical loads
