•  Fit the steering column and the handlebar connector on the handlebar 

assembly down through the large round opening in the vehicle.

•  Fit the handlebar connector back through the small square opening.

•  Turn the vehicle over so that it rests on the handlebar.
•  Position the front wheels assembly so that the grille is toward the 

front end of the vehicle. Fit the front wheels assembly onto the 

handlebar tubes.

•  Fit the end of the steering column through the groove in the grille 

and then through the hole in the front axle.
