Assembly
• Fit a large washer onto a front axle.
• Insert two

" x 1

" screws through the deep holes in the
steering linkage assembly and into the vehicle body.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
• Pull up on the steering linkage assembly to be sure it is
secure. If it is not secure, tighten the screw with a few
more turns.

• Turn the steering assembly
over, with the smooth
side up.
• Fit the steering linkage
assembly to the front end
of the vehicle body.
IMPORTANT!
Make sure the
notch on the steering linkage assembly aligns with the notch
in the front end of the vehicle body.

• Fit a round bushing, barrel side first, into the hole in the
inside of a wheel (ribbed side).
• Fit a hex bushing, barrel side first, into the hole in the
outside of a wheel (smooth side).
• Repeat this procedure to insert a round bushing and hex
bushing into the remaining wheel.

• Identify the inside and the outside of a wheel.
• The inside of the wheel has ribs on its surface. The outside
of the wheel has a smooth surface.
