OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
Read and thoroughly understand all instructions and safety information before
operating this machine. Failure to do so may cause serious injury or death. Do not allow
anyone to operate this machine who has not read this manual. A brush cutter can be dangerous
if assembled or used improperly. Do not operate this brush cutter if you have doubts or questions
concerning safe operation. Call our customer service department at 1-800-791-9458 to address these
concerns.
STARTING/STOPPING THE MACHINE
Install the battery pack. (Refer to Installing the battery pack)
To start the machine, press the self-locking button (1) first, then press the
trigger switch (2).
There are two speeds. Speed 1: tap the trigger switch; Speed 2:
continuously press the trigger switch twice.
To switch off, release the trigger switch (2).
WARNING:
The tool runs for approximately 3 seconds after it has been switched off. Let the motor come
to a complete standstill before setting the tool down.
OPERATING THE MACHINE
WARNING:
Be sure to read the fuel information in the safety rules before you begin. If
you do not understand the safety rules, do not attempt to fuel your unit. Call customer
support.
CHECK POINTS BEFORE OPERATION
Check for loose bolts, nuts and fittings.
Check the air cleaner for dirt. Clean the air filter of all dirt, etc. before operation.
Check to be sure that protector is securely in place.
Check whether the battery is charged.
Check to be sure that blade is not cracked.
TRIMMING
This is feeding the trimmer carefully into the material you wish to cut .Tilt the
head slowly to direct debris away from you. If cutting up to a barrier such as
fence, wall or tree,approach from an angle where any debris ricocheting off
