USING THE POWER PLATE®

is very easy to operate. Once you 

become familiar with the basic operation, you can begin 

your training. 

What is proMOTION?

 proMOTION Dynamic Vibration Technology uses high strength 

cables, which have been chosen for their unique ability to optimize 

the transfer of vibrations generated by the platform directly to the 

targeted muscle and, specifically, the upper body muscles. The 

cables are five times stronger than steel and transfer vibration to 

the upper body at high-speed frequency rates.

 

How to change the resistance settings

As with any training routine, it is important to start using the 

proMOTION cables on the lowest level of resistance and with the 

Power Plate on a low setting. Establish a good technique before 

increasing the setting on the proMOTION cables from the lowest 

resistance setting (1) to the highest resistance setting (7).

 

How to maximize its use

Progress exercises and workouts by using the following variables:

      

 Maximize the vibration intensity by standing close to 

         the unit while exercising 

      

 Increase the length of time for each exercise

      

 Increase the rate of speed to maximize the vibration    

 

         transfer

      

 Limit rest time between exercises

      

 Increase the G-Factor™
