During an emergency, press the button on the portable controller to send a signal through the system. The circuits will be
closed and power to the unit will be shut OFF.
4.9—Storing the System
Disconnect input power from the unit’s rear panel if it will not be used for extended periods of time.
If the UPS is stored for longer than three (3) months, plug it back into a power supply for at least 24 hours to fully restore
the battery charge before use.
Cautions
If the UPS will be stored for long periods of time, the battery must be charged once for every 90 days
of storage.
Keep the unit clean by dusting it with a dry cloth.
