FUNCTIONS
7.
Press the mist button (11 or N4) to activate the misting function. The
misting icon (8) will illuminate. The mist will spray from the misting
plate (D).
The water tank (J) must be filled before using the
misting function.
a.
Remove the back cover (H) and drain cover
(K) to access the water tank.
b. Remove the water tank from the fan.
c.
Fill the water tank, then reinsert it into the
fan. Make sure the nozzle is firmly seated.
d. Check the water level by looking at the
water level window (F) and refill, as
necessary. Turn off the fan when refilling.
8. Press the ion button (12 or N6) to activate the ion function. The ion
function icon (4) will illuminate. Press the button again to turn the
function off.
9. Press the timer button (14 or N1) to activate the timer. The timer icon
(5) will display an H and the number 1.
a.
Pressing the timer button again will increase the timer by 1 hour
up to 9 hours. Pressing once more will turn the timer off.
b. When the time limit is reached, the fan and any other functions
are shut off.
c.
You can shut off individual functions without affecting the timer.
REMOTE CONTROL
1.
The remote buttons duplicate the fan’s control panel buttons. The icons
will illuminate when the remote is used.
2. The remote works up to a distance of 16 ft (5 m) or an angle of 45º from
the center line.
3.
Replace the remote’s 2 AAA batteries when necessary.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1.
Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier
to control and will have fewer problems.
