6. Make certain the power source conforms to requirements of your
equipment (see Specifications).
WARNING! All wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician.
POWER ADAPTER
1.
Only use the power adapter supplied with this tool. Other power
adapters may not match the tool’s power requirements and can
damage it or cause a fire or electrical hazard.
2. Connect the power adapter directly to the power supply whenever
possible. Use extension cords or surge protectors only when the
adapter’s cord cannot reach a power supply from the work area.

Ensure the adapter is fully seated in the outlet. Do not use an
outlet that is loose or cannot properly hold the adapter blades.
3.
Do not operate this tool if the power adapter’s cord is frayed or
damaged, as an electric shock or surge may occur, resulting in a
personal injury or property damage.
a.
Inspect the power adapter and its cord for cracks, fraying or other
faults in the insulation or casing before each use. Do not use if
damage is found.
b. Discontinue use if the power adapter or cord feels more than
comfortably warm while operating the tool.
4.
Prevent damage to the power adapter and cord by observing the
following:
a.
Do not pull on the cord to disconnect the adapter from an outlet.
Grip and pull the adapter itself from the outlet without bending
the blades.
b. Keep power adapter and cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts of a tool.
c.
Never use the cord to carry the tool.
5.
Disconnect the power adapter from the tool and store separately when
not in use.
6. Do not operate the power adapter if it has received a sharp blow, been
dropped or otherwise damaged in any way. Take the power adapter to
a qualified service technician for repair.
