1. Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was designed for a specific function.
Do not modify or alter this tool or use it for an unintended purpose.
2. Drain the roller completely before storing. Liquids inside the roller may
freeze at low temperatures and cause damage to the tool.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction
and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
1. Slide the end of each lower handle (#2) onto the roller’s (#4) axle.
2. Slide a washer (#9) over each end of the axle and secure them in place
with circlips (#20). Snap ring pliers are suggested for the circlips.
3. Mount the scraper (#3) on top of the lower handles by aligning the slots
with the bolt holes.
4. Insert an M6x 28 bolt (#7) through each slot and handle bolt hole. Secure
each with an M6 nut (#8) until barely tight. Allow enough leeway to move
the scraper in a later step.
5. Push the upper handle onto the ends of the lower handles. Insert an
M6x25 bolt (#5) through each set of bolt holes and secure each with an
M6 nut (#6).
