UNLOADING
1. Hold the handle (#10). Pull the locking handle (#7) back until the legs (#8)
are free. Do not release the locking handle yet.
2. Tip the tray (#1) upward until the legs clear the locking handle. Release the
locking handle. The spring will pull it back into position.
3. Hold the handle with both hands and tilt the try. The load’s weight will
increase the amount of force on the handle. Maintain your grip and
continue to guide the tray up until the tray’s rear touches the ground.
4. The load should slide out. You may need to pull the cart forward to remove
the entire load. Maintain a grip on the tray when doing this as the tray will
scrape along the ground and may fall forward if not restrained.
5. Lower the tray until it reaches the locking handle. Pull the locking handle
back and lower the tray. Allow the spring to pull the locking handle back
into position slowly, then let go of it.
CART CONFIGURATION
The dump cart can be set up for towing behind an ATV or being pushed by hand.
HAND CART
1. Make sure the cart is empty and the legs are secured by the locking handle.
2. Remove the R-pin from the frame pin and pull the frame pin out of the rear
set of holes.
3. Hold the frame near the coupler. Tilt the cart backwards until there is enough
room to swing the front frame into the lower frame. Hold the frame in place.
4. Lower the cart until it is resting on the swivel caster. Insert the frame pin
through the rear set of holes, then insert the R-pin through the frame pin.
5. Adjust the handle length by pushing the click button in on either side and
pushing or pulling it to the other set of holes. The buttons will click into
place to secure the handle.
TOW CART
1. Make sure the cart is empty and the legs are secured by the locking handle.
2. Extend the frame by removing the R-pin and then the frame pin from the
rear holes.
