1. Use the correct device for the job. This device was designed for a specific
function. Do not modify or alter this device or use it for an unintended purpose.
2. Do not use this fan with a solid state speed control device. Use of such a
device may cause the fan to suffer a mechanical failure, resulting in an
electric shock or fire.
3. Place the fan on a stable even surface capable of supporting its weight.
4. Tighten the screws securing the blades from time-to-time.
5. Ensure the front and rear guards are securely locked in position
before operation.
6. Unplug the power cord when moving the fan from one location to another.
7. DO NOT use this fan outdoor.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
WARNING! To reduce risk of electric shock, be certain that the plug is
connected to a properly grounded receptacle.
1. Disconnect device from power source before cleaning, servicing, changing
parts/accessories or when not in use.
