5. Attach the high pressure hose (6) to the bottom of the spray gun (9) using the quick-connect
fittings. See figure 6.
6. Ensure that the inlet filter is clean. Attach the garden hose to the garden hose inlet (7)
connector on the pump and turn on the water. See figure 7.
7. Attach the nozzle (8) to the tip of the lance (9). See figure 8.
8. Pull the trigger on the gun (9) to purge the system of air. Hold the trigger pressed until a
steady stream of water comes out of the nozzle. See figure 9.
9. Slide the throttle control (up) to the “FAST” position. Slide the fuel switch to the “ON”
position. Slide the choke (10) to the “ON” position. See figure 10.

10. Turn the ON / OFF switch (11) to the “ON” position. See figure 11.
11. Pull the starter cord on the engine. See figure 12.
12. Let the engine warm up for twenty seconds and then slide the choke (11) to the “OFF”
position. See figure 13.

OPERATION
1. Grasping the gun and lance (9) with both hands, hold the spray nozzle 8 to 24 inches away
from the cleaning surface. See figure 14.
2. Pull the trigger to spray water. See figure 15.

WARNING! Do not allow the unit to run for more than two minutes without pulling the trigger. Letting
the unit idle for too long can cause the pump to burn out. If it is necessary to stop your work for
more than two minutes, turn off the engine. See the Shutting Down section.
