Safety Precautions
Warning: For your own safety, read the instruction manual before operating
this equipment.
The purpose of these safety guidelines is to attract your attention to possible
hazardous conditions.
1. Keep all safety devices in place and in working order.
2. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Form the habit of checking to see
that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the tool before
turning it on.
3. Keep work area clean, cluttered areas invite accidents. Keep work area
well lit.
4. Do not operate tools in a dangerous environment. Don’t use power tools
in damp or wet locations, or where any flammable or noxious fumes may
exist.
5. Keep children and visitors a safe distance from work area.
6. Store tools in a safe and dry location, out of reach of children.
7. Do not force a tool, it will operate better and more safely at the rate for
which it was designed. Avoid overloading the saw. Always use sharp
blades. Do not apply excessive pressure to the saw while using. If the
blade stops abruptly or becomes blocked, release the trigger at once.
Extract the blade and determine what happened to cause this and rectify.
8. Use the correct tool for the application.
9. Use the proper extension cord for the charger. Ensure cord is in good
condition and is of proper gauge for the amperage of the tool. An
undersized cord can cause a drop in line voltage, resulting in loss of
power and overheating. Always replace damaged extension cords.
