Mounting Instruction
Note:
The hardware provided is meant for dry wall/stud mounting only. If walls are concrete, brick or plaster, please
consult your local hardware store for assistance. The mirror is supported using the two keyhole plates pre-secured on
the back of the mirror. The metal loop of the mirror is meant for decorative use only and it should not support the weight
of the mirror.
PARTS INCLUDED:
(A) Mirror x 1
(B) Metal Screw x 3
(C) Drywall Anchor x 3
(D) Mounting Knob x 1
(E) End Cap x 1
(F) Paper Template x 1
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips Screwdriver, Pencil, Tape Measure, Level, Stud-finder.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Determine a desired mounting location for the mirror. Place the provided paper template on
the wall and using
a carpenter’s level to ensure a level installation. Using a pencil, mark the
wall through the template at each screw mark. Remove the template, the resulting marks on
the wall are the insertion locations for the mounting hardware.
2) Use a stud-finder to determine if there is a wall stud located at either insertion mark. Install the
proper hardware, as following.
- Dry Wall Installation (diagram shown on the right):
Using a Phillips screwdriver to engage an anchor (C), press the anchor tip against the wall at
insertion mark. Driver the anchor into the wall (turn the anchor clockwise while applying an
even pressure on it) until its head is flush with the wall surface. Do not over-tighten.
Insert a screw (B) into each installed anchor and rotate with the screwdriver. Leave the screw
head about 3/8 inch protruded from the wall.
- Wood Stud Installation (diagram shown below):
If any of the insertion marks aligns with a wall stud, use the Phillips screwdriver to secure the
screw (B) directly into the wall and stud. Same, leave the screw head about 3/8 inch protruded
from the wall.
