Description
The machine - Log splitter 8 - is designed exclusively for splitting logs with a maximum length
of 55 cm .
The splitter is driven hydraulically; the hydraulic system is driven by an electric motor.
The machine is operated via a two-hand safety controller. When you press down the control
levers of the safety controller, the splitting blade descends.
When you release one of the two handles, the splitting blade stops moving. When you
release both handles, the splitting blade returns to the starting position.
The log is placed on a pressure plate under the splitting blade. During operation the splitting
blade moves down into the log and splits it.
