Connect wand to gun. Tighten securely.
3.
Attach high pressure hose to gun.
NOTE:
The
point of attachment for the high pressure hose will
differ depending on the model purchased. Tighten
securely.
ASSEMBLY
1.
Connect handle to frame.
To connect handle and hose reel to PCH3540HR:
a.
Connect handle (a) and tube bracket (b) to
frame using the hardware (c) supplied.
b.
Assemble hose reel as described in the hose
reel instruction manual.
c.
Bolt the hose reel (d) to reel bracket (e) as
shown. Tighten securely.

Read the hose reel instruction manual
supplied for safety and operating instructions.

4. Add engine oil (supplied) to engine. Refer to
engine manual supplied by engine manufacturer
for procedure. Do not overfill. Use of a funnel is
recommended.
NOTE:
There will be a slight amount of oil in
the engine from factory testing.
NOTE:
The pump was filled with oil at the
factory. There is no need to add oil at this
time, see the Maintenance section of this
manual to perform maintenance on this
pump.
