Service and repairs
Service and repairs can only be performed by the manufacturer or by the supplier of
your BirdYell. DO NOT open the BirdYell to attempt repair. Any evidence of attempted
repair and opening of the unit with invalidate any warranty.
Cleaning
Only clean the BirdYell by means of a damp cloth.
Remove all power supply from the BirdYell by removing all type AA batteries and/or
the 12V DC connection. Batteries should be removed if the unit is to be stored for a
period of time.

MALFUNCTION

Batteries low or empty
OFF/ON switch in the
OFF position
1. Check the voltage of the
type AA batteries 1.5 V each.
2. Replace the type AA
batteries if necessary or
3. Connect the 12 VDC vehicle
battery correctly.
Slide the OFF/ON switch to the
ON position.
