Installation and Conversion Instructions
Information
Important information for customers/customer service advisors:
•
Ask customers to download and install the "Porsche Dashcam App" from the App Store (Apple or
Google Play) on their device (smartphone/tablet) in advance.
For vehicle handover:
•
Together with the customer, check whether a firmware update via "Porsche Dashcam App" is
necessary. Perform the firmware update together if necessary.
•
Together with the customer, choose the "Region/State/Country" by selecting the relevant flag and
format the SD card.
Further information for customers:
•
The customer is responsible for choosing the right "Region/State/Country"!
•
After crossing a national border: Update the "Region/State/Country" (see also conditions of use for
this topic)!
