Before you begin assembly make sure you lay out all your parts on a non-marring surface.
Do Not
Overtighten
Bolts.
Repeat for the second rim.

Install 3 AAA Batteries

(Batteries Not Included).
Then reattach the Battery Box Cover.

back tape of
the Foam
Spacer.
