4.2.3 SMV and GOOSE automatic configuration
Users can manually configure the SMV (9-1, 9-2), channel, GOOSE messages. Meanwhile,
it can automatically configure the message and channel parameters.
(1) Import SCD, CID and ICD files.
In the “System setting” interface, the SMV, GOOSE Input, GOOSE Output messages can be
configured to the software SMV for GOOSE subscription and publish simultanesouly by
“Import SCL”.
Configuration steps:
1) Import the SCD files and get the interval information.
