Adjust Glue Flow
--After preheat, pull the trigger and squeeze, the melt adhesive will come out.
When a glue stick becomes too short to squeeze, please add a new one at the
rear to continue.
--When the nozzle is properly heated, you can use a spanner to adjust flow rate.
--Loose the tip to get a faster flow rate and tighten to limit a slower flow.
Note:
Flow rate also depends on the trigger propulsion.
Do not
leave the
switched-on glue gun unattended. Please plug off the gun if it is not used for more
than 20 min, otherwise, the adhesive might flow inversely and damage the gun.
IMPORTANT:
1. Please DO NOT try to adjust the nozzle when it is completely cooled down
,
otherwise, it may cause an inner damage of the nozzle. Always use a tool to adjust
the nozzle, any direct body touch is prohibited.
2. Please DO NOT loose off the tip completely
, otherwise, you may need a heat
gun to reinstall the nozzle, since the glue will firm up after cooled down.
