1. First, unplug the filter pump. Turn the handle of the Valve Body to stop water from flowing into the Solar Heater Mat.

2. Reverse the steps of installation to disconnect the Water Hoses from the Solar Heater Mat.

3. Reconnect the Water Hose from your pump outlet to the pool return fitting.

4. Squeezee the water out from the Solar Heater Mat.

5. Clean and dry all parts before storage.

1. Check the hose connections to make sure there is no leakage of water.

2. It is suggested to bypass the Solar Heater Mat when the desired water temperature is reached.

MAINTENANCE

Plug the pump back in (if unplugged) and press 

the "Reset" button or the power switch to turn 

the pump back on.

IMPORTANT: Remove the service plugs or 

open the shut-off valves before turning your 

pump back on. Inspect the Solar Heating Mat  

and all hose connections for leaks and 

correct as needed.

Turn the knob of the control valve

 to 

divert the water to the Solar Heating Mat until 

the desired water temperature is reached.

Install the remaining Hose Clamps      over the 

open ends of the 1.5” Water Hoses connected 

to  the  Solar  Heating  Mat.  Insert  the  hose 

adapters

 over the 1.25" pump outlet and the 

1.25" pool inlet fittings. Connect one hose 

from the Solar Heating Mat to the pump outlet 

and connect the other hose        to the pool 

inlet fitting. Tighten the Hose Clamps.

Install the remaining Hose Clamps        over the 

open ends of the 1.5” Water Hoses connected to the 

Solar Heating Mat. Connect the threaded fitting 

adapters

 to the pump outlet and pool inlet fittings. 

Connect one hose          from the Solar Heating Mat 

to the threaded fitting adapter

 at the pump outlet 

and connect the other hose

 to the threaded fitting 

adapter       at the pool inlet fitting. Tighten the Hose 

Clamps.
