Call Forward all Calls
Lift handset, dial *72. You will be prompted for the
destination number, once entered a voice will confirm
this has been activated. To deactivate, lift handset and dial
*73. Once again this will be confirmed by voice prompt.
Call Forward on Busy
Lift handset, dial *90. You will be prompted for the
destination number, once entered a voice will confirm
this has been activated. To deactivate, lift handset and dial
*91. Once again this will be confirmed by voice prompt.
Call Forward no Answer
Lift handset, dial *92. You will be prompted for the
destination number, once entered a voice will confirm
this has been activated. To deactivate, lift handset and dial
*93. Once again this will be confirmed by voice prompt.
Call Redial
Press
to display the Placed Call list. Press

or hold down

to scroll to search
for the desired number, and then press the
Dial
key
again.
Voicemail
If there is a red light on your handset or you are getting a
broken dial tone, you have a new voice message.
If you are accessing your voicemail internally:

Follow voice prompts to listen to messages

If you are accessing your voicemail externally:
Dial your full telephone number. When you hear

your voicemail greeting, press the * key and follow
the voice prompts

Expired Passcode
Your default passcode is 2580, you will be prompted to
change this when you first access your voicemail.
Your voicemail passcode will automatically expire after 30
days for security reasons. When accessing your voicemail
after this period you will be informed that your passcode
has expired, keep listening to the voice prompts for
instructions on setting a new one.
Ring tones
You can select different rings to match your preferences
and distinguish between calls on lines.
To change the incoming ring:
