OPTION:
The operator can change the position of the jaw to seal at 45° or 90°.
Disconnect the sealer from the air supply, then remove screws (part # 401-0141) (see the SPARE-PARTS LIST) .After
removing the screws, turn the jaw to desired position and reinstall the screws.
Place the jaw of the sealer on top of the seal and pull the sealing lever (it’s possible to repeat this operation to make
more than one notch on the same seal)

It’s important to check the depth of the notch in order to obtain a
good seal joint

PROBLEM
REMEDY
The notch of the seal is insufficient
Check if the strap and the seal are right for the pneumatic sealer.
Check the air pressure (min.78 psi) and check if the filter lubricator group is damaged or dirty.
Check if there are some broken or worn parts in the sealing group.
The tool has an air leak
The gaskets may need replacing (contact the after sale service).
Check the air fitting for tightness.
The sealing lever is locked and the sealing jaw is closed
The sealing lever spring may need replaced (contact the after sale service).
