HOW TO USE POLTI BIOECOLOGICO
11.1 Add water to the dirt collection bucket
according to the instructions in this manual.
11.2 Shake the phial before use.
11.3 Bend and break the phial cap.
11.4 Pour the contents of the phial into the
bucket of the appliance.

12. GENERAL MAINTENANCE
To clean the outside of the appliance, use a
damp cloth and tap water only.
All accessories can be cleaned using running
water, ensuring they are completely dry
before the next use.
Do not use detergents of any kind.
12.1 CLEANING THE HEPA FILTER( Q)
• Turn the Hepa filter (Q) anticlockwise and
pull it so as to release it from the filter lid
(P).
• Rinse the Hepa filter (Q) under running wa-
ter so as to remove the dirt.
• Leave the filter to dry before reconnecting
it to the lid (P).
To continue to work remount the filter pro-
ceeding in reverse from what was described
above.
12.2 CLEANING THE “U” PIPE (R)
• Separate the “U” pipe (R) from the lid (P)
and rinse it under running water. Make sure
also that the small tube at the bottom of
the “U” pipe is not obstructed. If it is ob-
structed, it is possible to separate it from
the “U” pipe and rinse it too under running
water to eliminate any obstructions.
• When you put the “U” pipe back on the
bucket lid, be careful to position it making
the notch on the pipe correspond to the
notch of the lid (Pic. 11).
12.3 CLEANING THE FLOAT (S)
Each time the bucket unit is cleaned, check
that inside the float housing there are no
obstructions or dirt.
If it is necessary to clean the float and its
cage proceed as follows:
• Open the float closure grille (T) by moving
the two tongues and remove it.
• Extract the float (S).
• Clean the housing, the float and the lid and
remove any dirt.
• Reclose everything in the reverse order.
12.4 EMPTYING TANKS
The water tank (H) and the detergent tank
(D) can be emptied pulling out the tube loca-
ted close to the tank from its fastening clip
and pouring out the content into a bucket.
Once the tank has been emptied, replace the
tube in its housing.
13. STORAGE
When you have finished using the device, put
it away in a clean and dry place after discon-
necting it from the power mains. Keep it
away from sources of heat and protect from
the weather. Do not expose the appliance to
extreme temperatures.
The accessories can be put back in the side
baskets (E-G) or in the baskets of the handle
(B-C). The cable can be put back in a side ba-
sket, while the handle with the two extension
hoses and the brush hooked onto it can be
arranged in the specific housing, by resting it
on the slot of the transport handle (A) and
placing the hose in the housing specially
made in the side basket (E).
There is a slot on the other side of the handle
in which the sheath tube can be positioned,
thereby avoiding its touching the ground.
Introduce 1 phial before each use
A possible change in the colour of the liquid
does not alter the functioning or the efficacy
of the product
WARNING: Never pour Polti Bioecologico
into the boiler.
WARNING: Do not clean the filter with bru-
shes, rags or any object that can exercise an
abrasive force, because the rubbing or bum-
ping may damage it, thus diminishing its fil-
tering capacity.
Do not use detergents, do not rub the filter,
and do not wash it in a dishwasher.
