10. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM

The vacuum cleaner does
not turn on.

Power switch off.
Check that the vacuum cleaner is
connected to the mains electricity.
Turn the power switch on.
The LED lights of the uni-
versal brush do not turn
on.

connected to the mains electricity.
Turn the power switch on.
The vacuum cleaner has
little or no suction.
Dust collector overfull.
Suction power adjusted
to the minimum.
Empty the dust collector.
Increase the suction power to the
desired level.
During suction, dust co-
mes out of the appliance.
Dust collector not inser-
ted correctly.
Dust collector overfull.
Insert the dust collector properly.
Empty the dust collector.
The dust collector does
not detach.
Filter wrongly inserted.
Insert the filter correctly.
