users
This product complies with EU Directive
2002/96/EC. 
The crossed-out wastebasket symbol on the
appliance means that at the end of its useful li-
fespan, the product must be disposed of sepa-
rately from ordinary household wastes. 

The user is responsible for delivering the ap-
pliance to an appropriate collection facility at
the end of its useful lifespan. 
Appropriate separate collection to permit recy-
cling, treatment and environmentally compati-
ble disposal helps prevent negative impact on
the environment and human health and promo-
tes recycling of the materials making up the
product. For more information on available col-
lection facilities, contact your local waste col-
lection service or the shop where you bought

Before using Lecologico, assemble the casters
(

) as shown in figure 1.

•  Remove the water container (

) from the ap-

pliance, holding it by the handle (

•  Remove the filter assembly (

) (fig. 3). Fill

the water container (

) with ordinary tap wa-

ter up to the MAX H2O indicator (

shown in figure 4. The required quantity is
800cc of water.

•  Place the filter assembly (

) in the water

container (

), being careful to align them per-

fectly.

•  Put the water container (

) back inside the

appliance, performing the operations listed
above in reverse order.

•  Insert the suction opening (

•  Unwind the cable (

) to remove it COM-

PLETELY from its housing, pulling the plug
towards you (fig. 7).

•  Plug into a suitable power outlet.
•  Press the main switch (

) (fig. 8) and the first

level of the indicator lights (

) will begin fla-

shing. This means Lecologico is in the pause
position. Hold down the button (

18

) for more

than one second, then release it. Lecologico
will begin operating at minimum speed, and
the first indicator light (

14

) will stay on.

•  There are four power levels. We recommend

minimum

power for curtains, 

medium/low

power for sofas, armchairs and cushions,

medium/high

for carpets and 

high

for floors

and hard surfaces (ceramics, marble, etc.).

• Press button (

18

) to increase speed; each

time you press button (

18

), the motor power

increases by one step. At each speed in-
crease a further level of the indicator lights
come on.

•  Press button (

) to decrease speed; at each

speed decrease a further level of the indica-
tor lights goes out.

•  To restore the appliance to the pause posi-

tion, hold down button (

18

) for more than one

second, then release it.
