ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANT Y

This Polsen product is warranted to the 
original purchaser to be free from defects in 
materials and workmanship under normal 
consumer use for a period of one (1) year 
from the original purchase date or thirty 
(30) days after replacement, whichever 
occurs  later.  The  warranty  provider’s 
responsibility with respect to this limited 
warranty shall be limited solely to repair or 
replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of 
any product that fails during normal use of 
this product in its intended manner and in 
its intended environment. Inoperability of 
the product or part(s) shall be determined 
by the warranty provider. If the product has 
been discontinued, the warranty provider 
reserves the right to replace it with a model 
of equivalent quality and function.

This warranty does not cover damage or 
defect caused by misuse, neglect, accident, 
alteration, abuse, improper installation 
or  maintenance.  EXCEPT  AS  PROVIDED 
HEREIN, THE WARRANTY PROVIDER MAKES 
NEITHER ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOR 
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT 
NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY 
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR 
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty 
provides you with specific legal rights, and 
you may also have additional rights that 
vary from state to state.

To obtain warranty coverage, contact the 
Polsen  Customer  Service  Department  to 
obtain a return merchandise authorization 
(“RMA”) number, and return the defective 
product to Polsen along with the RMA 
number and proof of purchase. Shipment of 
the defective product is at the purchaser’s 
own risk and expense.

INS TALLING THE BATTERIES

1.

   Unlatch the battery compartment and 

insert the two batteries into the plastic 
sleeves.

2.

   Place the sleeves, with the partially-closed 

ends down, into the battery compartment. 
Be sure to match the polarity with the 
diagram on the inside of the battery 
compartment.

3.

   Close the battery compartment and secure 

the battery compartment latch.

OPERATING THE MP-25

Voice Amplification

:

 

The microphone can be used as a handheld 
device, or attached to the mic holder for one-
handed operation.

1.

   Make sure the selector is in the SPEAK 

position.

2.

   For intermittent use

:

 press the TRIGGER 

CONTROL or the TALK button to activate 
the microphone.

3.

   For constant voice amplification

:

 press and 

lock the TALK button on the microphone.

4.

   Gradually adjust the MIC VOLUME CONTROL 

to the desired output volume.

Using the alert sounds

:

 

1.

   Move the selector to the SIREN or WHISTLE 

position.

2.

   To end the alert sound, move the selector 

back to the SPEAK position.

Note

:

 

The siren’s and whistle’s volume level 

is preset at a high volume and cannot be 
adjusted using the mic volume control. 

Using the MP3 Player

:

Playing prerecorded music or audio

1.

   Insert a memory card into the SD card slot, 

or insert a flash drive into the USB port.

2.

   If using a mobile device, connect it to the 

Aux input jack with a mini-plug connector.  

3.

   Press and lock the TALK 

button. The LED will light to 
indicate the MP3 player is 
active. 

4.

   If using an SD card or flash drive, the audio 

will automatically begin playing. 

5.

   When using a mobile device, play and 

control the audio from the device.

6.

   Unlocking the TALK button stops all audio 

playback.

MP3 player operation

Speaking over music

The microphone remains active while the MP3 
player or mobile device is operating.

1.

   Adjust the volume of the music

  Use the V

+

 and V- buttons when using an 

SD card or flash drive.

  If using a mobile device, use the volume 

controls on the device.

2.

   While music is playing, set the microphone 

volume to the desired level using the MIC 
VOLUME CONTROL.
