The door must be closed to allow locking.

Unlocking the tailgate
from the inside of the
car
The tailgate can be unlocked from inside by
pressing the button on the instrument panel.
– Brief press on the button on the instru-
ment panel.
> The tailgate is unlocked and can be opened
from outside using the handle under the
tailgate.

Long press on the button on the instru-
ment panel.
> The tailgate opens.
