4. Assemble weld C pillar or upper cab frames
(PN 1020432 LH; 1020433 RH) to weld ROPS
C pillar or lower cab frame (PN 1020434) with four
M10 screws (PN 7519956) and four nuts
(PN 7547333). Torque to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm).

Installation of Upper and Lower Cab Frames:
a) Upper Cab Frame:
Attach the upper bumper
mounting tubes or upper cab frame to the front
ROPS of the vehicle using M10X20 screws
(PN 7519905) as shown in Figure 3. Torque the
screws to 40 ft. lbs (54 Nm).
b) Lower Cab Frame:
Line up the rear bumper
mounting tubes or lower cab frame to the holes in
the vehicle frame and rear fascia. Figure 3. Insert
M10X20 screw (PN 7519905). Torque to 40 ft. lbs
(54 Nm).
6. Once bumper is assembled with proper orientation
to the chassis, insert M10 screws (PN 7519956) to
the bumper. Figure 4. Torque to 40 ft. lbs (54 Nm).
