Warranty claims must be made directly to Enegibrands Inc. Intʼl. For customer assistance, please email
us:
and you will be provided with the appropriate form for your
warranty claim. Please do not send your Product directly to Enegibrands Inc. Intʼl without first contacting
customer service via email, as this will only delay the process.
Once Enegibrands Inc. receives your request or product (if deemed necessary), Enegibrands Inc. will
evaluate your claim (typically within 7-10 business days) to determine whether the returned Product is
covered by the applicable limited warranty. If Enegibrands Inc. determines that there is a warranted
defect in the Product, Enegibrands Inc. will, at its sole option, remedy the defect as set forth below.
Enegibrands Inc. is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Enegibrands Inc. We
recommend that you ship your return products to Enegibrands Inc. via a trackable shipment method.
You are responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.
All Products returned to Enegibrands Inc. will be subject to review for authenticity. Products determined
to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to Enegibrands Inc.ʼs legal department for action.
Counterfeit items will not be returned, and consumers should seek restitution from their original place
of purchase.
*Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item,
or ninety (90) days after being replaced, whichever is longer. You must submit the invoice provided
with replacement when claiming warranty for an item that has been replaced.
Note:
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
•
Buyerʼs accidental returns.
•
Returning personal items.
•
Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Enegibrands Inc. quality control to be in
working condition.
•
Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty
process).
•
Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
