Installation
• Fix the antenna on a magnetic base with threaded connector (not
included) previously fixed on the dome of the car or on a cable with fixed
mount.
• Connect the PL259 connector to a CB radio.
• Measure the SWR of the antenna in an open area using a SWR meter.
• In some cases, it may be necessary to raise or shorten the whip to get an
optimal SWR value. For maximum performance, we recommend that this
procedure, called tuning, be performed by qualified personnel.
