Sometimes the picture is stopped or there is Mosaic phenomenon

Can operate the menus, while there is no signal

Picture only ,  no voice

1.  Check that the volume is not in mute mode and is not in the lowest volume level.
2.  Check that audio cables are connected with the receiver well

1.  Check the power cable  is connected well
2.  If there is display on the front panel, check that the audio and video 
     cables are connected well
3.  If there is display on the front panel, the receiver is in trouble, please contact
      the dealer.
4.  Check the TV set is in AV mode.

Voice only, no picture

1.  Check that the current program is not a audio(broadcasting) program
2.  Check that the current program is not scrambled
3.  Check that the video cable is connected well

1.  Check that the set program parameters are correct

1.  Check that  the signal transmission of the cable is not attenuated greatly
2.  Check that the TV signal cable is connected with the receiver well

1.  Check that the TV signal cable is connected with the receiver well
2.  Check that the set program parameters are correct
3.  Check that the program is not scrambled
4.  Check that whether the program is broadcasting.

1.  Check that the RCU aims to the remote receiver on the front panel
2.  Check that  there is enough power in the battery
