NOTES
1.
When the device is switched on or off creaking sounds may be heard caused by the expansion of the
materials.
2.
If the device malfunctions, immediately disconnect it from the electrical supply and contact the retailer or a
specialized assistance service.
3.
The heating element in the present device was subjected to a special treatment to increase its operating life.
It should not be replaced with non-original components.
MAINTENANCE
1.
This appliance requires no maintenance except cleaning of its external surfaces.
2.
Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the mains socket and wait for it to cool down.
3.
Dust the intake grill regularly, removing rope yarn, down or any other foreign matter that might limit regular
air circulation.
4.
To clean external surfaces, use only a soft moistened cloth. Do not use solvents.
5.
If the device must be put away for long periods, store it in a dry environment inside an anti-dust plastic bag.
It is preferable to use the original packaging.
6.
The fan beater must be stored vertically otherwise the filament of the electrical element could be damaged.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPOSAL
Disposal of this product shall be governed by the European Community Directive 2012/19/UE on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE). According to this regulation, the consumer has the obligation NOT to dispose of this
product as household waste but through separate channels of collection (WEEE). In the case of
purchasing a similar new product, this product can be disposed free of charge from the distributor. The
disposal is free, no purchase required, for WEEE small size (external dimensions below 25 cm). Comply
with local regulations in the fields of waste disposal. It is always possible to dispose of this product at a
WEEE collection center predisposed by the public administration. The incorrect disposal of this article
could have potential adverse effects on the environment and human health. This symbol indicates the
consumer’s duty to dispose of this article as WEEE and NOT as household waste. Improper disposal of
the product by the consumer involves the application of administrative sanctions provided by law.
