Repeat for the other side. Hand tighten nuts at this time.
Place the bracket on the outside of the hand rail, the back surface of the bracket
must be flush with the back of the hand rail. The bracket must also be as close as
possible to the BOTTOM of the pocket as shown.
Using the upper hole, attach bracket temporarily to the hand rail using

" hex nuts as shown.
These surfaces
must be flush.
