Use liquid thread lock (such as Loctite
®
) with all threaded hardware.
Liquid thread lock (prior to
curing) helps to eliminate the common problem of "thread seizure" in stainless steel hardware by serving as a
lubricant during assembly.
(B)
For installation of Ramps over hard surfaces (i.e. concrete sidewalks, slabs, etc.) firmly attach
bottom edge of Ramp (Half) using bolts and anchors. Concrete must be allowed to cure completely before using
the equipment (at least 72 hours).
(C)
The hardware shown in Figure 3 is the recommendation from the manufacturer and the concrete anchors are
not included with the Equipment. This Figure is provided to show recommended installation of hard surface
mounted Ramps.
