INSTALLATION
MOUNTING:
OPTION 1: LISENCE PLATE MOUNTING
1. Remove the license plate and place the mounting bracket behind the license plate and then
reinstall the plate. Only the camera should be seen once you reinstall the plate.
2. The bar-bracket is designed to be mounted behind the license plate so that only the camera is
visible.
3. Route the wire harness through the rear bumper of the vehicle or through any kind of rubber
grommet on the vehicle. If you have to drill a hole, make sure to seal the hole once you route
the wiring through to prevent leaking or moisture damage.
4. The SV-5345.IR is designed to use the existing License Plate mounting equipment
OPTION 2: LIP MOUNT
1. Remove the hex screw from the camera and the license plate bracket and attach the swelling
lip mount bracket to the camera
2. Choose a location to mount the camera and then route the wire harness for the camera into
the vehicle through an existing rubber grommet or by drilling a hole if need be. If you have to
drill a hole, make sure to seal the hole once you route the wiring through to prevent leaking or
moisture damage.
3. Use the provided double-side tape to secure the camera to the vehicle or you can use two
self-tapping screws to secure it down.
