What should be done if thermal paper is jammed within the PRINTSTIK rollers?
Turn off the PRINTSTIK printer. Pull the cartridge out; (please see pgs 18-21 for
cartridge removal). Now cut off the jammed paper and
do the following:
A)
After pulling out the cartridge, tear or cut off the remaining jammed paper,
have 4-6 inches of paper pulled out then cut a triangular shape with a pair of
scissors, as shown below.
