FDX: The full-duplex LED (the middle-right LED) is
illuminated when the port is operating in full-duplex
mode. When this LED is off, the port is operating in
half-duplex mode.
RX: The lower-left LED comes on when the port is
receiving data.
COL: The collision LED at the lower-right in the array
shines when the switch detects packet collisions on
the port.

Port Utilization
The Port Utilization LEDs indicates how much traffic each port is
handling, measured as a percentage of the port's bandwidth.
Column 1 corresponds to Port 1, Column 2 to Port 2, Column 3
to Port 3, etc. As traffic on a port increase, the LEDs for its
column will shine progressively from bottom to top.
