3-2-2 DIP-Switch with Link Mode
The 8-port 10/100-TX switch module provides DIP-switches from 1

to 4

to adjust link mode with other network devices. There are three
types of link mode can be chosen, which include Auto-negotiation,
100Mbps/Full-duplex and 10Mbps/Full-duplex. The last 4 ports was
not designed DIP-switches to do any link mode setting, but these
ports support auto-negotiation protocol only.
