2. Error message display and solutions
If one of the following error messages is displayed on the preset window
during counting, you can follow the next solutions on condition that the
unit does not function.
Error message Cause and solution
Eh Half piece or incomplete banknote. Remove it
and press RESET to continue the counting.
EJ/EC Some banknotes are connected or overlapped.
Put the banknotes of the holder back to the
feeder to count again. If EJ is displayed
frequently, you can finely adjust the vertical
adjusting screw clockwise.
ES Banknote tilt. Press RESET to continue counting.
Ed Some banknotes are nonconforming in size.
Remove them and press RESET to continue
F ‐ P/F ‐ F/F ‐ C/F ‐ 1/F ‐ 2/
F ‐ 3/F ‐ 6/
F ‐ 7/F ‐ 8/F ‐ S
Counterfeit or suspicious banknote. Remove it
and press RESET to continue counting. If false
detection occurs frequently (regarding real
banknotes as counterfeit ones), you can adjust
the sensitivity to a lower level.
Full Banknote holder is full (it has more than 220
banknotes).
3. Adjustment of the feeder
When banknote feeding is unsmooth or banknote counting is inaccurate,
it can be solved by adjusting the vertical adjusting screw, as well as the
gap between the resistance slice and the banknote twiddling gear
(clockwise for loosening and counterclockwise for tightening).
Then, you can put in a banknote and hold. If you feel the pull, the
machine is workable.
