4.2.3 General operation of the hob
1.
Put a cookware directly onto a cooking zone. Always keep the bottom of the
cookware as well as the cooking zone clean and dry.

Turn the corresponding rotary knob clockwise to switch on desired the cooking
zone.

to stop cooking.
Beware of the hot surfaces of the cooking zones! The

) indicates which cooking zones
are still hot. The residual heat indicator disappears as soon as the relevant cooking
zone has cooled down. You can use the residual heat for saving energy when
starting a new cooking procedure on a cooking zone which is still warm / hot.
4.3 How to use the oven
WARNING!
The accessible parts of the appliance become hot during
operation, so keep children away from the operating appliance. Touching
the appliance while it is operating can cause serious burns.
CAUTION!
The interior parts of the appliance become extremely hot.
Do not touch any parts inside the appliance if you handle your cookware.
RISK OF BURNS!

Be careful if you open the door. Do not get in contact with
the hot parts of the oven or the steam, which will escape the oven. RISK
OF BURNS! RISK OF SCALDING!

Cooking utensils may become hot because of the heat
transferred by the heated food. Potholders or oven gloves may be needed
to handle such utensils.

use oven gloves.

Proper positioning of the trays is mandatory for safe
operation of the appliance. Otherwise, hot food or
cookware can slide off the trays when removing them.
