1. Tap

Settings

on the toolbar.

2. Scroll down to the Envelope Printer Settings section.

3. Tap the

Envelope Printer Maintenance

button.

4. Tap

Clean Printhead

.

5. Once the cleaning operation completes, you are prompted to print another test pattern. If the new

pattern still has broken or missing lines, you may need to replace the ink cartridge or printhead.

Replacing the ink cartridge

Replace your ink cartridge promptly when the low ink warning appears. You must maintain an adequate
ink supply to keep the device in optimal working condition.
