Warning
1.
Carry out periodic maintenance and inspection to avoid possible problems such as leak from vacuum circuit, clogging, abrasion of pad, crack,
deterioration, or a trouble by connection loose.
●
Cautions
1. Do not operate the push button of built-in valve model (VTB) mechanically. It may damage the button.
2. The filter element can be replaced by removing ejector (for no valve type VTA) or pad holder (for built-in valve type VTB). Please carry out
periodic maintenance and inspection. Clogging at filter lowers the performance.
3. Note that the silencer element of built-in valve model VTB cannot be replaced.
Supply 0.5MPa compressed air to the air pincette. Close the side hole
or push the button with your finger to hold a work by vacuum. Open the
side hole or release the button to release the work.

How to replace filter element

・
Separate the ejector from main unit by pulling by hand, then
replace the element.
・
After replacing the element, put the ejector back in place.
Notes

1. It may damage parts if you use a tool.
2. Performance drop can be expected if the filter element is crushed.

Separate the pad holder including the resin adapter from main unit by
pulling by hand, then replace the element.
・
After replacing the element, put the holder back in place.
Fit the holder and pad in one of the following combinations on the
pincette body.
