Organizer
The Organizer menu has the following features:
1. “Alarm”: it allows you to set an alarm so that the phone rings at a specific
time, thus reminding you of an appointment.
2. “Calendar”: it allows you to view the calendar and organize your schedule.
3. “To-do list”: it is used to define a list of things to do.
4. “Scheduled on/off”: it is used to setup the time for the phone to ring on
specific time or switch on the phone automatically when it was switched
off.
13.1 Alarm
This feature allows you to set up to five alarms. You can set the alarm to ring
at a specific time.

) to start setting. The first item is to choose the
Alarm action. Press

to access to the five available alarm records
to be set. Do choose the first free record and press the

it.
To set up an alarm you have to define an
Alarm action (on

off), Alarm cycle
(Daily, Weekdays, Weekend
or
Given day), Date
and
Time. Date
can be set
only if “
Alarm action
” value is set to “
Given day
“.
The
Alarm cycle
options are hereby explained:
a)
Daily
:
the alarm rings every day at the same time.
b)
Weekdays
:
the alarm rings on Monday to Friday at the same time.
c)
Weekend
:
the alarm rings only on weekend at the same time.
d)
Given day
:
the alarm rings only once in the selected day, then it will
deactivate itself.
