Maintenance Procedures
WARNING
: Maintenance procedures are to be performed by experienced qualified personnel only. Failure to
perform maintenance procedures correctly at the intervals specified below can lead to performance problems
and equipment failure, and will void the equipment warranty.
DANGER
: Never perform any maintenance or attempt to open the Abrasive Blaster in any way while it is
pressurized. The violent release of compressed air and propelled objects will cause serious injury or death.

Procedure To Be Performed

1 - Inspect & Empty Abrasive Trap (If Equipped)
Every 4 Hours Of Use
2 - Inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Every 8 Hours Of Use
Including but not limited to: Respirators, Airline Filters, Carbon-Monoxide Monitors,
Hearing Protection, Eye Protection, Foot Protection, Protective Clothing & Gloves
