Maintaining Filters

It is very important to keep the filters clean to receive maximum

performance from the vacuum. Not cleaning not replacing your filters

regularly can reduce the suction power and cause overheating.

5.  To clean the HEPA filter and mesh filter,

remove the dust container from its housing.
Press the spring clip to Release the HEPA
filter as shown and pull the filter out.

6.  The HEPA filter can be cleaned by brushing

the dust off, washed under running water
or by soaking in warm soapy water.

7.  It is important that the HEPA filter has dried

thoroughly before refitting for use.

8.  To clean the exhaust filter, detach the back

grill by pressing on the release clip and
pulling firmly away from the appliance.
Remove the filter and wash under running
water and allow to dry completely before
refitting it in the vacuum for use.

9. Filters should be replaced approximately

every 4-6 months depending on how
frequently the appliance is used.

10. Filters can be purchased direct from the

distributor. Call the customer service centre
on 1800 079 124 for details.
