NOTE: After removing the front blue panel and the two blue lid covers, the lid drivers and the two 
front  panel  black  buttons  are  now  visible.  These  parts  will  be  addressed  later. 

(See Figure 4 to

Locate the sediment filter and carbon filter 

(see Figure 5 below)

. They will be found inside their respective filter housings. 

Remove the plastic around the filters and return the filters into their respective filter housings. The Sediment Filter can be 
inserted  into  the housing  in either direction,  but  the  Carbon  Filter needs  to be  inserted with  its  black O-Ring  (Gasket)

Locate  the  additional  Rubber  O-Rings  in  a  small  plastic  bag  provided  in  your 
LINX Kit 

(See Figure 6 to identify these parts.)

Slide  each  one  of  these  O-Rings  around  the  thread  of  the  Filter  Housings 

exactly as pictured below (See Figure 7)

. Apply Vasaline to the outside of both 

of the the O-Rings.
