First turn the receiver off, then press the power button
while holding down the SPEAKERS button.
Choose the impedance setting by pressing the SPEAKERS button again.
You can choose the 8

To check which impedance the amplifier is set to hold down
the SPEAKERS button for 2-3 seconds. You willl get a display
like the one shown below right telling you the speaker
impedance setting.
