SYNC MODE
Select Simple Sync mode or Smart Sync mode.
1. Open [Playback ] tab in the [Setup ] menu.
2. Select SYNC MODE.
Beatgrid is available in Smart Sync Mode, and NOT available in Simple Sync Mode.
Simple Sync
To synchronize the track on the deck(A) with the track playing on the deck(B), press the
[ SYNC(SYNC OFF)] button on the deck(B).
To cancel the synchronizing, press the [ SYNC(SYNC OFF)] button while pressing the [ SHIFT ] button.
Smart Sync
1. On DDJ-S1, Press the [ SYNC(SYNC OFF) ] button on the deck you want to set as the tempo master.
( or click [SYNC ] on the computer's screen ).
2. On DDJ-S1, Press the [ SYNC(SYNC OFF) ] button on the deck you want to synchronize.
( or click [ SYNC ] on the computer's screen ).
To cancel the synchronizing, press the [ SYNC(SYNC OFF) ] button while pressing the [ SHIFT ] button.
On DDJ-S1, Press the [ SYNC(SYNC OFF)] button on the deck you want to synchronize.
